If you have to reschedule more than once you will need to book a new appointment. * Remaining balance can be paid in cash, cash app, apple pay, tap to pay or Zelle. * No refunds for services. *Mulan DOES NOT work on installs not done by him. Late Policy: * PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. * After 15 minutes your appointment is automatically cancelled. NO exceptions NO excuses. * If you know that you cannot make it on time please contact me so that we can reschedule your appointment with the same deposit. Please be considerate of my time and others. • If you need your extensions colored they must be brought and/or shipped to me a week in advance. Mulan DOES NOT color hair the same day as the appointment. Price for color depends on the desired color the client wants. Pricing for color would be discussed in consultation before hair is shipped and/or brought to Mulan. 1. Shampoos are available as a free add on. If you do not add the shampoo you must come with your hair already shampooed, completely dry and free of all products. Oil can be applied to the scalp after foundation is complete. 2. Add on’s must be added to your service when initially booking. 3. If you're reusing previous extensions, or wigs. Extensions or wig must be clean, detangled, dry and free of any remaining thread. If your extensions are cut into too many pieces you will be charged extra for install. 4. No guest or extra people allowed. 5. Please check your email for appointment confirmation. If any changes need to be made please contact us 8am-8pm.

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Haus of Mulan at (769) 223-4598 or hausofmulan@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note that if you are a no call no show you will be banned from booking and there is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show appointments or same day cancellations.
